Where we ship:

- United States: all states, D.C., and P.O. Boxes (carrier permitting).

Processing times:

- Coffee (roasted to order): 1-2 business days to roast & pack.

- Mugs/Tumblers & accessories: 1-3 business days to print & pack.

Delivery estimates (after processing):

- Standard U.S.: 3-7 business days via common carriers. Remote areas can take longer. Weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Rates & how they’re calculated:

- Live rates at checkout: based on items in your cart, destination, and carrier.

- Coffee: based on number of items. Rates can change; the checkout rate is the official price.

- Accessories: priced by weight/destination through carrier.

Discounted shipping:

-$5.99 U.S. shipping on orders $59+.

Split shipments:

Your order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking & updates:

A tracking link is emailed when each package ships.

Address issues:

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

- If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we may be able to reship to the correct address; additional postage may apply.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages:

-Delayed: carriers sometimes miss target dates - most delayed packages arrive within a few days.

- Marked “delivered”, not received: verify the address and contact the carrier.

- Damaged items: email photos of the box and product within 7 days of delivery and your order number. We’ll replace or refund according to the carrier policy.
