Refund Policy

What’s returnable?

- Coffee (perishable): We don’t accept returns once shipped. If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or stale/defective, we’ll replace or refund - just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

- Mugs/Tumblers & accessories: Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged.

What isn’t returnable?

- Opened coffee bags (unless quality/defect issue)

- Personalized or custom items

- Gift cards

- “Final Sale” items marked as such

Order changes & cancellations:

We can modify or cancel an order until it enters production (often within hours). Email info@goodasscoffee.com ASAP with your order number and the change you need. Once production/shipment starts, we can’t change it.

Wrong address or refused delivery:

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply. Refunds for address errors exclude original shipping costs.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items:

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. Within 7 days of delivery, email info@goodasscoffee.com with:

- Order number

- Brief description of the issue

- Photos of the item and packaging

Subscriptions:

You can pause/cancel before your next renewal date. Charges that have already processed follow this policy: coffee shipments are non-returnable once roasted/shipped; damaged/incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Bundles & discounts:

If you return part of a discounted multi-bag or bundle order, your refund may be prorated to reflect the kept items at the non-discounted price.

Refund timing:

Approved refunds typically post 5-10 business days after we process them. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank/issuer first. Then email info@goodasscoffee.com.
