By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping/Refund policies.

Products & availability:

We sell roasted coffee and merchandise. Product images and descriptions are for guidance; natural variation may occur. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and update products at any time.

Pricing, promotions, & bundles:

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.

- Automatic discounts: multi-bag savings apply only as described in cart and don’t stack with other offers.

- Bundles: if offered, bundle contents and pricing are shown on the product page.

- Taxes & shipping: calculated at checkout based on your address and applicable laws.

Orders & payment:

At checkout you agree to provide accurate information and authorize charges to your selected payment method. An email confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we ship. We may cancel and refund orders for suspected fraud, errors, or supply issues.

Fulfillment & delivery:

Coffee is roasted and fulfilled by trusted partners. Merchandise may ship separately. Delivery dates are estimates; carriers control transit times. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance.

Subscriptions:

”Subscribe & Save” means repeat deliveries at your chosen interval.

- You authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

- Manage, pause, or cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

- Prices/discounts may change with notice.

- If a selected item becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item.

Returns & refunds:

See our Refund Policy for eligibility and process. Perishable goods (coffee) may have limited return windows.

Taxes:

We collect applicable taxes based on destination and product tax rules.

Acceptable use:

Don’t misuse the site. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property:

All content (logos, graphics, copy) is our property or used with permission and protected by law. You may not sure our marks or content without prior written consent.

Warranty disclaimer:

Except as required by law, products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising our of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

Third-party services:

We use third parties to run the store. Their terms may apply to parts of your experience.

Governing law & disputes:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, without regard to conflicting rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless small-claims rules apply. you agree to that venue and jurisdiction.
